- How accurate is the estimate?
- It's a range from 183 real quotes over the past 12 months; on high-volume routes it lands within about ±25% of the median. Final prices come only from live operator quotes, and we show the gap between estimate and quote.
- How does the price match work?
- If you get a cheaper live quote elsewhere for the same dates and aircraft, tell us before booking. We'll verify and match it. Since our fee is always just 5%, our price is usually lower anyway.
- Are there really no fees beyond the 5%?
- PastelJet earns only the 5% shown on the quote. Items not included in the operator's quote (de-icing, special catering, some airport FBO fees) are disclosed up front as "not included."
- How is safety verified?
- Every operator is checked for its AOC, insurance and international safety audits (ARGUS/Wyvern equivalent). The assigned aircraft's tail number and age are disclosed before you confirm.
- Can I get a refund if I cancel?
- Each operator's cancellation policy is shown on the quote card before you choose. Quotes with unclear terms aren't listed by PastelJet.
